By accessing or using bokepindo.org.uk, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the service, and that viewing adult-oriented material is lawful where you reside. If you do not meet these requirements, you must leave the site immediately and refrain from further use.

2. Limited Grant of Use

bokepindo.org.uk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the content made available through the site, for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, page layouts, graphics, and original text displayed on bokepindo.org.uk are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any such material to you, and no license is granted except as expressly stated here.

4. User Submissions

Where the site accepts material through a separately identified delivery channel, you remain responsible for it and retain any ownership you hold. The Report Content form is only a browser-local drafting interface; it does not transmit, store, or grant a license in the text entered there.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, request, link to, or attempt to access any content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or material that otherwise violates the rights of a real person, nor may you use the service for any unlawful purpose. Automated scraping, attempts to bypass access or security controls, and any activity intended to overload or disrupt the service are also prohibited. If you encounter a possible violation, the browser-local Report Content page can help draft details but does not transmit them or provide a recipient.

6. Privacy

Your use of bokepindo.org.uk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected when you use the site and how it is handled.

7. Copyright Claims

If you believe that material on bokepindo.org.uk infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA / Copyright Policy for the notice-and-takedown procedure and the information we need to act on your claim.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bokepindo.org.uk disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Governing Law and Changes
